David Reed is getting paid a little more than Torrey Smith in base salary. With his off the field issues, injuries (shoulder,wrist,knee), and lack of production, his salary could be better used to re-sign more of Ravens' UFA'. One player, however, who's been a consistent face in the building is David Reed.
